Mr. Mitrovich is a Principal and Assistant Vice President, Technical Programs. He manages LSSE's Civil Engineering / Environmental Design Unit. His planning and engineering design experience includes potable water systems, wastewater collection / treatment, stormwater conveyance and detention facilities, water resources planning and modeling, federal and state water / wastewater permitting, project financing and general civil-municipal projects.

Mr. Mitrovich has provided planning and engineering services for multiple potable water systems. Planning services have included capital improvement programs, water system master plans, water system modeling, transient evaluation, cost effectiveness analysis, vulnerability assessments, meter replacement programs, tapping fee and user rate studies, emergency response plans and source water assessments / availability. Engineering and construction phase services have included permitting, construction, renovation and rehabilitation of source, treatment, pumping, transmission, storage and distribution components ranging from pump upgrades to complete system replacement.

Wastewater planning experience includes Act 537 Sewage Facilities Plan preparation, tapping fee and user rate studies, Corrective Action Plans, Long Term Control Plans, Consent Order compliance, inflow/infiltration studies and regulatory permitting and compliance. Engineering and construction phase services have included permitting, construction, and rehabilitation of collection, conveyance, treatment and solids management components ranging from pipe bursting to complete new system design and construction.

Mr. Mitrovich’s experience in stormwater management includes urban hydrology / hydraulics, closed and open channel modeling, storage, flood protection, erosion and sedimentation control, water quality and regulatory permitting and compliance.

General municipal engineering services have included annual roadway improvement programs, development reviews, equipment / service procurement, management of third party services, peer reviews, community parks and facilities, MS4 compliance, mapping, DOT permitting and grants.
