LSSE was selected by Edinboro University of Pennsylvania (EUP) and The State System of Higher Education (SSHE) from a field of 28 competing firms and awarded a design contract for a $4.5 million Campus-wide Infrastructure Upgrade at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.

The initial scope of work for this project was determined in a prior planning study by another consultant. Upon project award, LSSE worked with EUP Administration, Operations, Facilities Management and Construction Offices to refine and prioritize the scope of work based upon functional needs and budget restrictions. LSSE's scope also included preparation of PADEP permits, HOP for relocation of entranceway and signage. The construction contract was awarded to the lowest responsible bidder and had a negotiated construction cost of $3.8 million.

LSSE provided design services for potable waterline replacement; storm sewer improvements; sanitary sewer improvements; sewage lift station improvements; replacement of catch basins; associated electrical improvements; roadway improvements; ADA compliant concrete sidewalks; cut curb ramps; parking lot reconstruction and site work.
