HOP Preparation for Utility Line Crossings

LSSE was contracted by a confidential client to prepare Highway Occupancy Permits (HOP) for utility line crossings and minimum use access driveways. The site work was within PennDOT right-of-way in Greene County, Pennsylvania.

The scope-of-work included field surveys to locate topographic and planimetric features, deed and right-of-way research, preparation of utility crossing and driveway standard details; preparation of HOP application forms and plans, as an agent for the client under PennDOT ePermitting System (EPS). The information was uploaded to the PennDOT ECMS system for review and approval of PennDOT.
