Survey Services for various utilities

Since 1994, LSSE has provided surveying services and layout associated with the installation and/or relocation of utility lines; easement acquisitions; ALTA/ACSM; stream crossing; rights-of-way; construction stakeout; subsidence monitoring; and facility site plans (pump stations / tanks).

A summary of representative survey projects includes:

  • North Sewickley Township Sewer Authority Phase II Sewage Collection System, Beaver County, PA

Phase II included preparation of exhibit drawings and legal descriptions for approximately 950 rights-of-way, establishing horizontal and vertical control points, and aerial photogrammetry control surveys for 28 miles of sanitary sewer design.

  • Pulaski Township Municipal Authority, Regional Sewage Facilities Plan, Lawrence County, PA

This project involved aerial photogrammetry control surveys and mapping for two new sewage treatment plants, and 20 miles of collector sewers, 1 mile of interceptor sewers, 2 pump stations, and 500 rights-of-way.

  • Monaca Borough, Waterline Distribution System Improvements, Beaver County, PA

This project involved topographic surveys for the construction routing of 23,000 LF of waterline.

  • Pennsylvania American Water, Various Locations, PA

LSSE has provided survey services associated with the installation and/or relocation of over 38 miles of waterline, ALTA/ACSM land title, property, level runs, and construction stakeout surveys.
