Our services are delivered throughout Pennsylvania and the Tri-State region from our headquarters located in Coraopolis (Allegheny County) and a branch office in Greensburg (Westmoreland County), Pennsylvania.

LSSE's core services, comprised of civil engineering and surveying disciplines, are delivered in the following market segments: municipal government; utilities; private / commercial development; institutional and industrial.

LSSE serves over 60 regional municipal jurisdictions including boroughs, townships, municipal water and wastewater authorities and redevelopment authorities. LSSE's current management and design teams have successfully completed planning, design, permitting and construction phase services for recent projects that total over $350 million in construction value.
