LSSE Civil Engineers and Surveyors, Inc. (LSSE) maintains a full-service survey unit under the direction of Professional Land Surveyors, providing surveying services to municipal, commercial, industrial, residential, and utility clients throughout Pennsylvania and the Tri-State region. Our team utilizes state-of-the-art VRS equipment, drone technology, and advanced software alongside conventional survey tools to deliver accurate, efficient results.
LSSE’s survey unit has completed topographic surveys for properties ranging from less than 1 acre to over 800 acres, route and alignment surveys for hundreds of miles of underground utilities, and over 3,000 right-of-way acquisitions — bringing the same precision and reliability to every project regardless of size or complexity.
