LSSE provided study tasks which included preparation of alternatives analysis and preparation of present worth analysis and probable construction cost estimates. LSSE also provided design phase and construction contract administration phase services for two lift stations and approximately 5,000 LF of new force main required for conveyance to Shippingport Borough for treatment.
