LSSE Civil Engineers and Surveyors, Inc. (LSSE) provides civil engineering services for institutional clients including; universities, private colleges and school districts in western Pennsylvania. Contracts have included multi-year master service agreements with state (Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education [PASSHE]) universities and private colleges.
LSSE has provided planning, design, permitting, bid-package preparation and construction phase services for small maintenance projects through large-scale, campus-wide infrastructure upgrades, and conceptual siting and feasibility studies for unique satellite research facilities. LSSE’s survey department has assisted campus facilities management/acquisition offices with surveys for land acquisition.
