LSSE provides engineering and design services for People Natural Gas’s (PNG’s) 20-year Capital Improvement Program.
Services have included; field surveys to locate topographic and planimetric features, deed and right-of-way research, preparation of construction drawings for utility line installation, preparation of penndot highway occupancy permit (HOP) plans which include the design for ADA ramps, pavement restoration and line striping plans, preparation of a signage plan, traffic control plans, preparation of HOP application forms for a Peoples Natural Gas (PNG) submittal utilizing the PennDOT ePermitting System (EPS).
