LSSE was selected first by Edinboro University of Pennsylvania (EUP) and The State System of Higher Education (SSHE) from a field of 28 competing firms and awarded a design contract for a $4.5 million Campus-wide Infrastructure Upgrade at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
The scope of work, which included underground utilities (water, sanitary, storm sewers); interior plumbing; roadways; ADA compliant sidewalks, ramps and parking lots (150 stall); and site lighting/signs was determined in a programming study prepared by another consultant. LSSE scope included preparation of PADEP permits, HOP for relocation of entranceway and signage.
