LSSE has extensive experience in the planning, design, and permitting of potable water system improvements — from source of supply and treatment facilities through transmission mains, storage tanks, booster and pump stations, distribution system upgrades, and regulatory compliance. Our services span the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through construction phase services, serving water authorities and municipal clients of all sizes across western Pennsylvania and the Tri-State region.
LSSE has developed hydraulic models for utilities ranging from small communities with 400 customers to cities with 10 MGD of water system demand — delivering capital project plans that improve system efficiency, plan waterline replacement programs, and expand service to previously unserved areas.
