Our mission is to deliver civil engineering and surveying services while adhering to quality standards necessary to achieve objectivity and positive results. Our operating plan turns on client satisfaction, corporate and individual career development as well as the following principles:

Our services are delivered throughout southwestern Pennsylvania and Ohio from our headquarters located in Coraopolis, PA (Allegheny County) and ten branch offices in Allegheny County (Harmar, PA & White Oak, PA), Armstrong County (Kittanning, PA), Beaver County (Aliquippa, PA), Butler County (Butler, PA), Clarion County (Clarion, PA), Erie County (Albion, PA), Franklin County (Dublin, OH), Washington County (Washington, PA) and Westmoreland County (Greensburg, PA).

LSSE’s core services, comprised of civil engineering and surveying disciples, are delivered in the following market segments: municipal, commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, utilities and infrastructure.
