Fike Division

Fike has been a respected name in land surveying, mining permit surveys, and consulting services in Clarion County since 1997. Acquired by LSSE in 2025, Fike expanded our footprint into north-central Pennsylvania and brought with it decades of specialized local expertise.

BUTLER, PA • EST. 1988

LSI Division

LSI has been providing superior surveying services to Butler County and western Pennsylvania since 1988. Acquired by LSSE in 2025, LSI strengthened our surveying capabilities in the region while continuing the personalized client service the firm has always been known for.

ALBION, PA • EST. 1981

Rabell Division

Founded in 1981, Rabell has served northwestern Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio with land surveying and civil engineering services for over four decades. Acquired by LSSE in 2019, Rabell operates as our Erie County branch office serving municipalities, developers, and private clients across the region.

HARMAR, PA • EST. 1970

Senate Division

Established in 1970, Senate has spent over five decades delivering planning, engineering, and environmental services to municipalities and private clients throughout southwestern Pennsylvania. Now fully integrated, the Senate Division of LSSE continues to serve more than 50 municipalities and authorities across the region from offices in Allegheny County (Harmar Township and White Oak Borough), Washington County (South Strabane Township) and Armstrong County (Kittanning Borough), PA.
