Since 2001, LSSE has provided civil-engineering services in support of FedEx Ground’s National Expansion Program for various FedEx Ground sites including preliminary site plans for facilities and parking lots and site investigations.
Services included: Preparation of concept site plans, coordination of local engineering consultants, negotiation of consultant contracts, preparation of site investigation reports including ALTA/NSPS surveys, detailed site investigation and site plan approval, wetland delineation and estimates of probable construction cost.
