LSSE provided civil engineering and design services for the development of a 600-acre planned community.
LSSE’s services included; conceptual through final design, surveying, construction stakeout and related services for all phases of development comprising roadway, infrastructure, sanitary and stormwater facilities for single/multi-family and commercial development; water system study; wetlands mapping and surveying; topography, property and boundary surveys; rezoning; PADEP roadway/right-of-way crossings; roadway improvement projects; and design and permitting of a regional stormwater detention facility.
