Tuscan Hills Development

Tuscan Hills is a multi-phased residential development located in North Huntingdon Township, along Hahntown Wendel Road, in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Tuscan Hills was approved for 248 single family detached housing units, with the initial Phases of 1 through 6 having been fully developed and sold, with Phase 7 now being completed and closed out.

Tuscan Hills Phases 8 & 9 are currently undergoing final land development approvals through North Huntingdon Township, with 57 more single family detached homes and appurtenances seeking approvals.

LSSE provided full Civil Engineering services for Tuscan Hills phases 7-9, including design development, surveying/topography, subdivision and land development drawings, including approvals, Act 537 sewage planning module, wetland delineation studies, Federal and State permitting, and stormwater
management.
