Oakwood Manor is a 2-phased residential development of over 71 acres located in Penn Township, along Mellon Road, northeast of the intersection with Claridge Export Road, in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The development, Oakwood Manor, has been approved for 41 single-family detached housing units, in 2 phases – 25 homes in Phase 1, with the remaining 16 homes in Phase 2. LSSE is providing full Civil Engineering services for the development, including: design development, surveying/topography, subdivision and land development drawings, including approvals, Act 537 sewage planning module, wetland delineation studies, Federal and State permitting, PennDOT
HOP permits and stormwater management.
