Amphitheater
LSSE completed a site survey, civil engineering site design, preparation of contract documents, bid evaluation, and construction stakeout services. Design work included grading, ADA walks, driveways, and parking lot layout; storm water management and utility plans for the amphitheater site. LSSE also prepared PADEP permitting, design, and permitting coordination for utilities, DCNR grant acquisition and administration, and adherence to Moon Township private funding requirements.

Miracle Baseball Field
Preparation of preliminary / final development plans, construction documents, specifications, construction services, and including PADEP permitting, design, and permitting coordination for utilities.

Moon Park Accessible Trail
LSSE provided engineering design services; preparation of contract documents, bid package, and bid evaluation services for the development of an accessible trail and associated planting and signage plans for the trail.

Additional Facilities and Amenities
LSSE has provided survey, design, and engineering services for new facilities and ongoing renovation, including sidewalks, trails, parking, roadways, recreational fields, and utilities. LSSE develops estimates of probable construction cost and provides permitting and RPR services through completion of construction. Projects Include:
