The project included the development of 243 single-family lots on an approximately 93.3-acre parcel of land. LSSE provided civil-site, surveying, permitting, erosion & sedimentation control plan design, stormwater management design, subdivision, engineering, and as-built survey services. The plan included the construction of 8,000 LF of roadway and stormwater management design for 6 stormwater detention facilities. Permitting services included preparation of a PaDEP NPDES Permit, Chapter 105 Joint Permit for water obstructions and encroachments, sewage facilities planning module, PaDEP part 2 Permit, and utility coordination.
