LSSE provided engineering services to the Allegheny Valley School District, including support for the demolition of Colfax Elementary School, conducting various structural inspections, coordinating a five-year landscaping and maintenance contract, and completing the design and permitting of new school zone signage.

LSSE’s scope of work included attendance at School Board meetings, preparation of structural condition reports, development of bidding specifications, and completion of surveys, existing conditions documentation, and permit plans. The scope also included coordination with contractors during the bidding process and project management throughout construction.
