LSSE provided engineering design, surveying, permitting, and construction observation and coordination services for this development, totaling approximately 180,000 SF of building area on 38 acres.

LSSE design scope included 500,000 CY of earthwork; 12,000 LF of storm sewers; 4,000 LF of sanitary sewers; 5,000 LF of waterline; 30,000 SF of retaining walls; 120-foot high reinforced earth slope; and 183,400 SF of parking accommodating 979 vehicles. The project was completed in 2000.
