LSSE prepared Property and Subdivision plans on this 373-acre former surface mine property for the purpose of constructing a 1,200 LF extension of Solar Drive in preparation for future site development.

Work included preparation of site development plans, including grading, drainage, and utilities; street lighting plans; sanitary sewers and waterlines; erosion and sedimentation control plans, report and details; stormwater management report; post-construction stormwater management report; and roadway design.
