LSSE provided surveying and civil engineering services from its Greensburg office for the construction of a phased residential development with 69 lots. LSSE provided services for phase 3 of this project. The scope of work includes boundary survey and
topography of the property, completion of civil engineering drawings, NPDES, stormwater, and erosion control approvals, utility coordination, attendance at municipal meetings for all required approvals, and construction stakeout as requested.
