The project included the development of 16 single-family lots on an approximately 9.2- acre parcel of land. LSSE provided civil-site, surveying, permitting, erosion & sedimentation control plan design, stormwater management design, subdivision, engineering, and as- built survey services. The plan included the construction of 600 LF of roadway and stormwater management design for a single centralized detention facility. Permitting services included preparation of a PaDEP NPDES Permit and Chapter 105 General Permit for utility crossing, sewage facilities planning module, PaDEP Part 2 permit, and utility coordination.
