LSSE Civil Engineers and Surveyors is a civil engineering and surveying firm headquartered in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. LSSE has a proven reputation for meeting client expectations and our steady growth is attributed to client satisfaction, repeat business and client referrals.

Managing Principals / Shareholders

**Kevin A. Brett, P.E.**
Managing Principal

Mr. Brett is a Managing Principal / COO with over 28 years’ experience at LSSE. Mr. Brett manages LSSE’s Civil – Site, Municipal, and Surveying units, and manages LSSE’s Branch Offices. Mr. Brett serves as Client Manager for LSSE municipal, commercial, institutional and industrial clients.

**Ned Mitrovich, P.E.**
Managing Principal

Mr. Mitrovich is a Managing Principal / CEO with over 30 years’ experience at LSSE. Mr. Mitrovich is the Engineering Manager of LSSE’s Civil – Environmental Design work unit. Mr. Mitrovich also serves as the Client Manager for multiple LSSE municipal clients, including boroughs, townships, water and sewer authorities.

**Jason E. Stanton, P.E.**
Managing Principal

Mr. Stanton is a Managing Principal / CFO with over 30 years’ experience at LSSE and oversees LSSE’s Civil Engineering Environmental Planning / Studies Unit. Mr. Stanton currently serves as LSSE’s Client Manager and Principal-in-Charge for 3RWW PM Team Contract and numerous LSSE municipal clients and authorities.

Principals / Shareholders

Mr. Heyl is a Principal with over 25 years’ experience at LSSE and manages the Civil – Site department. Mr. Heyl’s experience includes civil-site design for commercial and mixed-use developments, covering subdivision layouts, H&H analysis, roadway and parking, utilities, and PADEP permitting, along with E&S and stormwater management plans.

**Lawrence J. Lennon, Jr., P.E.** 
Principal

Mr. Lennon is a Principal with over 20 years’ experience at LSSE. Mr. Lennon has extensive experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater systems – spanning planning, design, and construction documentation – including feasibility and water resources studies, permit applications, and PENNVEST funding submissions.

Mr. Wingrove is a Principal with over 14 years’ experience at LSSE and manages the Civil – Municipal / MS4 department. Mr. Wingrove’s experience spans municipal land development reviews, MS4 compliance support, and construction oversight of roadway, stormwater, sanitary, and water systems
