Since 2007, LSSE has provided civil engineering and surveying services to Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) under an open-ended contract. 

LSSE has provided services to CMU’s Facilities Management and Program Management office. These services included surface water flooding studies, basement groundwater infiltration evaluations, various site development and surveying services, which included ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys, property surveys, and topographic surveys. Parking lot studies included: layouts and stormwater management, grading, and landscaping.
