LSSE provided civil-site engineering services for the Tri-State area’s largest food distribution center (420,000 SF distribution maintenance facility) located on a 62-acre parcel in the Findlay Industrial Park.  The site plan consists of a distribution center with 82 dock positions, a vehicle maintenance facility with a truck wash, office area, 172 truck parking spaces, and a 350-space parking area.
