Established in 1970, Senate Engineering Company has spent over five decades delivering comprehensive planning, engineering, and environmental services to municipalities, authorities, and private clients throughout southwestern Pennsylvania. Headquartered in Harmar, PA, Senate serves more than 50 municipalities and authorities across the region, with additional offices in Washington, Kittanning, and McKeesport, PA.

As a fully integrated division of LSSE, Senate brings deep expertise in water and wastewater systems, GIS, environmental management, highway and bridge design, and construction surveillance — complementing and strengthening LSSE’s existing service offerings across the region.
