Castle Shannon Parks Groups 1-3

LSSE prepared the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), which approved Six Parks Plus plan on behalf of Castle Shannon Borough and its parks committee. The Six Parks Plus Plan provided visions, concepts, and ideas to “Envision or Revision: the next progression of the Castle Shannon Park system in four separate/distinct groups. The Library has now added seat walls, landscaping, an outdoor classroom with a focal point, shade sails, and ADA sidewalk and parking improvements to enhance visitor experience.
