This development includes approximately 90 multi-family housing units, 110 single-family units, a community room with a swimming pool, playground, and ball field, and a total of approximately 80 acres. LSSE was selected by Maronda Homes to provide engineering survey, design, permitting, construction observation, coordination, and construction stakeout services. LSSE design scope included 577,000 CY of earthwork; 7,600 LF of storm sewer; 9,178 LF of sanitary sewer; 7,400 LF of waterline; 1 regional lift station; and roadways, sidewalks, and driveways to accommodate 317 townhouse and single-family development.
