Center Township Park Improvements

LSSE provided design services for comprehensive site improvements at a municipal recreation facility, including topographic surveys, roadway reviews, and inlet assessments. Paving and site work included approximately 11,500 square yards of roadway milling, base repair, and Superpave wearing course installation, along with concrete sidewalk construction, storm sewer improvements, and parking lot widening. Court amenity improvements included acrylic color coating and linestriping for 3,500 square yards of courts, installation of vinyl-coated fencing, and assembly of basketball, pickleball, and tennis net systems.

Electrical and lighting improvements included approximately 4,000 LF of conduit and wiring, pedestrian lights, sports and street lights, poles, bases, and fixtures. Utility upgrades consisted of approximately 950 LF of 8″ PVC sanitary sewer with manholes and laterals, 1,200 LF of water main, copper service lines, valves, a hydrant assembly, and all associated fittings and connections.
