LSSE provided comprehensive planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services for the construction of a new 104,000-gallon concrete pedestal elevated glass-lined bolted steel water storage tank for Clintonville Borough Sewage & Water Authority. Services included topographic, property, and construction stakeout surveys; electrical, mechanical, and civil site design; erosion and sedimentation control planning; public water supply permit modification with PaDEP; PENNVEST application preparation and coordination; LGUDA coordination; bidding services; and full construction monitoring and project management through project completion.
