LSSE provided civil engineering and surveying services under subcontract to the developer Cranberry VA, LLC for the construction of a 16,000-square-foot VA medical office on a 2.16-acre parcel in Cranberry Township, Venango County, Pennsylvania.

LSSE provided services such as property boundary determination with a subdivision of land, topographic surveying, an ALTA Land Title Survey, and site design. Design services included stormwater management, rain gardens, grading plans, parking lot layout, landscape architectural features, utility connections, and ADA-compliant sidewalks allowing access to a bus stop.

LSSE prepared Stormwater Management Plans, Land Development Plans, utility availability letters, and acquired an NPDES permit. During the design phase, LSSE designed a sanitary sewer force main relocation to facilitate site planning. During construction, LSSE provided surveying services to lay out the building, parking lot, and concrete curbing.
