Elkhorn Run Sewage Treatment Plant Headworks Improvements – Center Township

LSSE provided surveying, design, bidding and construction phase services for the project.

The scope of work for Contract No. 17-S1 includes the installation of a new mechanically-cleaned bar screen at the existing Elkhorn Run Sewage Treatment Plant, complete with a concrete flow channel, screening washer/compactor, removal of the existing comminutor, and miscellaneous site improvements. Screen and washer/compactor to be purchased by CTSA. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, and equipment, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction.
