Indian Walk Subdivision, Ph. 5, Planned Unit Development is a 39.20-acre parcel located on a hilly wooded site in western Ohio. Two access points from two existing residential communities service the site; a connecting roadway with four short cul-de-sacs
was designed to follow the land forms and minimize site disturbance. A preliminary development application was submitted for development with major modifications for lot setbacks. The Regional Planning Commission and the Rural Zoning Commission approved the plan for 57 units, on 15 AC; two preserves and two buffer zones comprising approximately 24 acres. Development density is 1.45 DU/AC. Tamarack Land Development is developing the infrastructure and lots.
