LSSE provided surveying, design, bidding, and construction phase services for the construction of a new 17,300 SF two-story masonry police station with basement. The building scope included foundations, windows and doors, roof system, concrete walkways, plumbing with fire/domestic water and gas service, a fire alarm system, standby generator, underground conduits, and a complete fire protection system. Mechanical work included rooftop HVAC units, electric wall heaters, radiant ceiling panels, exhaust and supply fans, and ductwork throughout the facility.

Site improvements included bituminous and concrete pavement, concrete sidewalks, pedestrian lighting, and full site restoration.
