LSSE provided engineering design and surveying services for a 27,856 square foot new public works garage with prefabricated wall panels approximately 20 feet in height. 

Services included a property survey, preparation of specifications, bidding phase, construction phase, permitting and administration, and observation for general construction, electrical, plumbing and HVAC for the facility. 

Site work / improvements included clearing, grubbing and grading of the 6.5 acre site, storm sewer system and retention pond, site bituminous and concrete paving (7,000 square yards), fencing, landscaping and all restoration of disturbed areas.
