North Fayette Community Center

As the Township’s Engineer, LSSE provided site engineering services for the construction of a new 26,000 SF Community Center building at North Fayette’s 11.7-acre Donaldson Park. The project included:

• Earthwork operations: clearing, grubbing and grading
• Construction of two stormwater management facilities
• Utility services: Potable water, gas, electric and sanitary sewer connections to service the new building
• 9,000 SY bituminous parking lot and lighting
• 7,500 SF of ADA accessible concrete sidewalks serving the parking lot and new building
• A bituminous acrylic color-coated basketball court and two tennis courts, including 12’ fencing for each
• Site amenities: benches, pedestrian walkways.

LSSE prepared construction plans and specifications. The Township completed landscaping and installed the site amenities. LSSE prepared NPDES permits for earth disturbance, subdivision plans, and provided stakeout services during construction.
