Pheasant Crossing Residential Development

Pheasant Crossing is a two-part development. Part one of the Development consists of six phases with a total of 194 single-family homes. LSSE prepared preliminary and final development plans, which received Planning Commission approval for a Residential Planned Unit Development (PUD); submitted the final
land development plan, including PTI permit for Sewer and Water, as well as SWWPPP Plan and NPDES permit for the entire six phases of development. Construction to begin in January of 2025. Part two of the development consists of one phase, totaling 64 single-family homes. LSSE prepared preliminary and final development plans, which received Planning Commission approval for a Residential Planned Unit Development (PUD). Submitted final land development plan and is in the process of obtaining PTI permit for Sewer and Water, as well as SWWPPP Plan and NPDES permit approvals for Part 2 of the development.
