Ridge Road Industrial Park

Ridge Road Industrial Park is a 27-acre industrial park located along the State Route 576 corridor. Proposed improvements include the creation of over 140,000 square feet of new light industrial warehousing space. LSSE prepared the conceptual overall site master planning, stormwater design, NPDES Permitting, PA DEP Sewage Planning, and utility coordination. Permit work on this project also included assisting both Findlay Township, Allegheny County, and Robinson Township, Washington County, in amending their ACT 537 Plans to ensure lots within this development had access to public sanitary services. Upon Municipal approval, LSSE also prepared construction plans and construction administration services for the development of individual lots. LSSE secured funding for a portion of public improvements with Pennsylvania Local Share Account (LSA) Grants.
