Summerfield Woods

The project included the development of 105 single-family lots on an approximately 99-acre parcel of land. LSSE provided civil-site, surveying, permitting, erosion & sedimentation control plan design, stormwater management design, subdivision, engineering, and as-built survey services. The plan included the construction of 3,830 LF of roadway, stormwater management design for 2 stormwater detention facilities. Permitting services included the preparation of a PaDEP NPDES Permit, sewage facilities planning module, and utility coordination.
