The Ridge at Highland Pines

The project included the development of 84 multi-family and single-family lots on an approximately 38-acre parcel of land. LSSE provided civil- site, surveying, permitting, erosion & sedimentation control plan design, stormwater management design, subdivision, engineering, and as-built survey services. The plan included 1,730 LF of roadway and stormwater management design for 3 underground detention facilities. Permitting services included preparation of a PaDEP NPDES Permit, sewage facilities planning module, and utility coordination.
