The project included the development of 92 single-family lots on an approximately 100.6-acre parcel of land. LSSE provided civil-site, surveying, permitting, erosion & sedimentation control plan design, stormwater management design, subdivision, engineering, and as-built survey services. The plan included the construction of 3,400 LF of roadway and stormwater management design for 3 stormwater detention facilities. Permitting services included preparation of a PADEP NPDES Permit, sewage facilities planning module, PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit, Railroad Right-of- Way Crossing Permit, and utility coordination.
