Rabell Surveying & Engineering

Founded in 1981, Rabell Surveying and Engineering has been a trusted provider of land surveying and civil engineering services to individuals, developers, municipalities, and contractors across northwestern Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. Acquired by LSSE on May 1, 2019, Rabell became LSSE’s Erie County branch office and one of the firm’s earliest and most significant strategic acquisitions.

With the integration into LSSE, Rabell clients gained access to an expanded range of civil and environmental services including hydraulic modeling, water and wastewater facilities planning, GIS services, and municipal grant administration — while continuing to benefit from the local expertise and relationships that have defined Rabell for over four decades.
